  Owen Miller was so courteous and helpful. He quickly pinpointed the problem with my furnace and just as quickly fixed it - in two minutes, without charge. I cannot overemphasize how important friendly service is in the creation of a business; Border Plumbing has go it! I'd go with these guys any day - and so should you. Cheers!

  If you define value as "low price", stop reading. If you define value as "money well invested", read on. We had Border Plumbing install a new furnace and hot water tank. We were out of the country while the installation was done but when we returned, the job was done but there were some finishing details to be completed. Enter Justin.

  We have just had a new Gas Furnace/A/C unit installed yesterday which was finished up today. I would like to extend my appreciation to Julius and Dustin (with the rest of the temporary crew) who assisted these fellas for an install that wasn't the easiest. Professionalism, patience, organization, timing, dedication and caring were just some of the personality traits portrayed by both of these great guys. Let me say that Border Plumbing is blessed to have these men working for them. Top billing in my view. Best service company I have experienced. Take care, guys = see you in the spring!

  We were impressed with his attention to detail and his commitment to doing the job to the customer's satisfaction not to take the easy way out. There were elements that were completed that we did not even consider (back to my well invested comment.)

  Matt attended our residence to repair numerous small items. Prior to his arrival he was tied up in a traffic back up and detour. He advised us immediately, we appreciated this. On his arrival he inspected all of the items that I wanted him to repair. He quickly assessed the work required, gave me an explanation of what had to be done, gave me very satisfactory quote. Worked very had and long hours. Matt was very knowledgeable with excellent communicative skills. We are extremely satisfied with the work completed. Your company should be proud of this employee. Your front end staff were also very helpful and kept us up to date on appointment times and arrival times. Dave
