  As a former beauty industry professional, I am apalled by the service I just witnessed. My daughter and I had booked an appointment to share a new experience for her together. We arrived on time and were told that there would be a half hour wait - completely understandable and so we left and returned at the newly appointed time. We still had to sit for far too long. Eventually a lovely girl (the only professional in the shop) came and took my daughter away. I assumed I only had 10 minutes or so to wait since we had booked TOGETHER and clearly had intended on being together... Another half hour later, now an hour past our original booking, and clearly no openings in sight, I decided to cancel my appointment and leave. After getting groceries I returned to see if my daughter, at least, was finished. No. I sat in my vehicle until a half hour before closing. And still, clearly, no one was going to be available to do my service. This ruined a lovely outing for a mother and daughter and left me, as a former industry insider, absolutely livid. Not only was I upset, but the whole experience was also ruined for my daughter who had to sit through her service without me. Too bad they didn't behave more professionally and serve us together - having served others for many years I happen to be a very generous tipper. ( I don't even want to give this place one star, but it won't let me post unless I do. Ugh!). What's more, we were going to go to another place, but based on the reviews my daughter decided we should go there. You can't always trust the numbers. Almost forgot to mention - the reason they were so late?? One of the only three working employees there had taken a walk-in just before we arrived for our appointment... one star is too many.

  Was in last week for a pedicure and gel polish. Good job and nice ambiance with the nice massage chairs and foot baths. Technicians were friendly and did a good job. My gel cracked after 3 days though, but was in the pool a lot over the weekend. And the young guy who works there could definitely use some people skills. I'll definitely give it another try.

  I am so upset at what this "business" put my mother and I through. They made us wait 30min from our booked appointment and when we returned only had one opening ready. They made my mother wait so long without acknowledging her or giving her a timeline that she left - extremely upset. To add to the awful experience, halfway through my appointment my nail tech was asked to leave me and do an eyebrow wax for a walk-in. Except for my nail tech, all the other staff were completely unprofessional. I am so disappointed and honestly would like to have my nails removed so I don't have a constant reminder of this bad experience.
