  wow they are so kind! my computer was completely fried and they tried every possible method to fix it. They were so patient AND they explained my computer troubles to me in a way that I could understand as I know nothing about computers. also, so affordable. I'm happy.

  Zane was able to replace the damaged hard drive with a new one. He then transferred as much stored data as he could from the damaged hard drive to the new hard drive.
