The chapters store its self is fine. Probably has good stalk and seem need things. But they need to make warnings of when they close starting half hour early. Instead of having one snotty lady tap you on the shoulder , telling you they are closed and when you politely say I'll be leaving then escort you to door and have to let you out. Having to let you out is one thing. But this lady was snotty. I'm not a theif. And she needs to be taught there is a huge difference from being professional and being rude! On a more positive note everyone else has been nice when I have shopped or looked around here it's just one lady and I'll just try to never come back near closing time again!
