  Unable to drive due to some physical challenges (sight and mobility on my right side. I got in touch with Darren at Kelowna E Ride. Explained my situation, that I needed the throttle and rear brake changed over to the left side. They had never had to do this before, but were willing to give it a go.

  Not impressed with defected part purchased. Charger 3 days old. Stopped working. No one's vault just product defected. Wasn't concerned, had receipt, had a previous conversation with owner who was helpful and knowledgeable. Well, very surprised when I returned with part and was told and im paraphrasing, to bad, no returns, I can't recoup cost. So I guess I should be stuck 100% with the burden of defected product. No let's split the difference, no let's see what we can do to make this right. Dumb founded.

  When he was confronted about resolving these problems, he refused!!! I had to go to Another Bike Shop that cares about their customers, they fixed my bike at a reasonable price and provided professional service. The " Response from the owner " are more of Darren's lies! ( So sad, what a lying jerk )

  The customer service is crooked and the owner DARREN is unreasonable and he is a Liar. Check your retail prices online !! He lied about my prices!!! DARREN and KELOWNA E RIDE get 0 out 5 stars!!!!!

  I have nothing bad to say about the owner, service or shop quality. After reading through the poor reviews I just want to say that they are humans and these reviews are entirely one sided. It's quite probable that these poor reviews come from cranky people with a poor view of people.

  Yes they rent bikes there too!!! The owner and his staff are great!!!! We were there in early July and rented regular cruiser bikes for the whole day. Very affordable and the best way to see the lakeshore and all it has to offer!!! The next day we went back and rented e bikes! Super fun and suprisingly super affordable. The location is a bit off the tourist path, yet offers free parking and you can take them up Knox mountain which was one of the funnest things we ever experienced in Kelowna. A must do for all!!! This establishment offers one of the most genuine customer service experiences that I have had compared to all the other bike rentals in Kelowna!!!! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent any sort of bike while staying in the city!!! I give them a 5 STAR!!!!! Review!!!

  Side note: cause we know we have the nay sayers. Reordered part from vancouver. Product worked great. Wasn't a scooter issue at all, as implied by owner. And the icing. There was a 3 month warranty on the charger purchased from Vancouver. Oh way, I know, even more. The part ordered and delivered from Vancouver was 21$ cheaper. Get out of here, no I'm serious.

  Darren was given a chance to make amends for his poor customer service, with a little effort he could have been honest, but honesty is not his nature! He still owes me $200.00 pay up!

  "Terrible bike store" The problem is the owner DARREN, he did not Honour his Warranty on my e bike. He said he is my friend and that he loves what he does, what could go wrong? Well, he lied about the retail price of the motor, he said it was $399.00, I ordered it from the same place online, I paid $229.00 retail price . Darren also wrecked the wiring for the controller and the twist throttle on my bike and he did not care and he did not fix them. I do not think he is anybody's friend and I do not think he has the ability to fix the controller and the twist throttle but he should have replaced them, he wrecked them! Now Darren owes me $200.00 for damages he caused!

  I bought an E-bike last year and I never had a problem with it. And the owner was extremely friendly. He was always one phone call away when I had a problem, simple road issues popping tires. And always prompt on picking the bike up and repairing it.
