  We called out this morning to see if they were open and could accommodate us. We were told yes. We drove out for 30 minutes only to be told they didn't have enough staff today. When we mentioned we called first she said we called a call centre in Victoria??? We could go if we waited an hour to get on the course. Apologized to us but didn't really give a S**t about our complaint. We left and drove back home. Waste of our time and gas.

  The whole family had a full day with lots of fun. This is not just for kids, my wife and I had a great time doing the zip lines through the trees and the guides had a fun playful attitude. The park is clean and appears to be in great shape. We enjoyed our time at Wild Play and would recommend to others.

  A good adventure, the staff was attentive and accommodating. We went mid-week / mid-afternoon and were taken in right away - no waiting - no booking. Hint: - Get the cheap gloves there, or bring some appropriate. I didn't and my hands were a little red. My 8 year old seemed to have fun, but decided kids course was not challenging enough but he was 2 inches short for adult side.

  Great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful! When stuck on a course obstacle, any nearby staff would coach you through it. There was always many staff on hand, and one even took pictures of me and my group to email to us. The prices were pretty fair, and you could easily spend a whole day here. Best wild play location staff-wise so far.

  Had an amazing zip line tour through the treetop platforms with super friendly guide. There were around 9-10 zip lines. The lone heat being over 200 meters. The tour took around 1 hr. Lots of fun. Highly recommended.
