  After purchasing a mascara at the Sephora store nearest me, I felt I needed to comment on the product for future shoppers. I was looking for a lengthening mascara and "sold" on a Blinc unit. I really don't believe that the sales consultant knew what she was recommending.

  The staff had good intentions I think, but I did not have a great experience. I got my skin color matched and tested a concealer. That part was fine. But the person who applied my concealer popped one of my pimples (which hurt) without asking first and then applied the makeup over top. Overall an unpleasant and painful experience.

  I am very upset with my experience here. I grabbed the wrong lipstick, paid with debit and didn't take the receipt, as I did not intend to return it. I came back less than an hour later to swap the unopened package. After one employee told me I could swap it out, the next girl told me there was nothing they could for me. I was very excited to go to this store for my first time, and had planned on making trips to return; however, I left so unhappy with my experience that I will probably try and shop elsewhere. :(

  They helped me select a colour match using this cool machine. Was super quick and I know 100% that I got the right shade.

  I was stunned to how overpackaged this product is and shame on Sephora for supporting such flagrant waste. The term "lengthening" is a complete misnomer - the brush is ordinary to say the most and the product is dry. "Tubing" the lashes"- quite a ridiculous notion, a gimmick at best. Save your $30 and hold Sephora to better standards. I'll be testing all products in-store before ever buying again.
