  I’ve shopped at a lot of Guess locations and have to say this one had the best costumer service I have seen. All staff members are professional and run their butts off for their customers. Every time I walk in there it is always a pleasurable experience. Well done guys!

  Whenever I shop at guess kelowna I am always satisfied with guess products! Unfortunately I am always dissatisfied with guess customer service. It never ceases to amaze me that every time I come in there is an employee who makes me have a negative experience. Despite this, I’ve never thought too much about it because I’m not an annoying “can I speak to the manger” type of person. But it’s just gotten to the point where it’s really confusing. Even if you hired randomly you would end up with at least a few good employees! Is there anyway you can remove all employees (or even just a few) and have a self checkout option like they do at grocery stores? It would save the store money and give customers a more positive experience. I don’t mean to come off harsh but you guys can do better, I know you can!! :)

  The staff are so helpful and incredibly good looking! Every time I walk into the store, I am greeted with a smile and helping hand. Great customer service. Well done.

  The worst service ever..... all the employers are so fool of themselves and useless.. it was a joke being in that store.. its just too bad because guess is one of my favourite store to shop but with this kind of service.. Never go back in there again..
