  And as an added bonus...someone during the night loosened all our lug nuts off our truck tire and we were lucky not to have the tire come off while we were towing our trailer. Pure luck we didn't crash.

  Paid for a month, and were in for a few days. Had a visitor come with a dog that was off leash and scared the guy ( manager -owner) and we were told to leave. Not " tell your visitor they are not welcome with a dog, or your visitor is banned, no after finally settling, in unloading, awning etc, we had to leave. Fn joke. Guys an idiot I must agree.

  We have stayed at Shady Lane for quite some time now. Very friendly people, lots of trees and grass, Excellent price, very Accommodating ownership. Happy to recommend this park.

  If you have to camp I guess this would be one spot. It's on Glenmore and at that is a very busy road. Also the Glenmore Landfill is right across the road but about a mile away east. There is a nice wgilderness park just north of here about 2 km away. There is also a dog park there too, same park just down the road. Rare protected orchids can be found there plus one of the only wind forests on the planet is just east of the park but it's on private land. It's a steep hike up the mountain but worth it is you like nature photography. There's not really proper trails because it's a newer park. As long as you have good footwear you will be fine.

  Worst place I've ever stayed at. No privacy, manager is sketchy at best, bathroom facilities are better at any rest stop, crappy refund policy, etc.
